PRELIMINARY SITE INVESTIGATION
After our initial consultation, we'll come out and make sure your property can support your vision. Before we proceed much further, easements, disputes, and clear title need to be in place. Now is also the opportune time to align site constraints and personal priorities.

Concept Design & 3D Visualization
We will share a 3D floor plan and a 3D fly through of your home. Using 3D this early allows us to gain valuable insight from you, and make necessary changes to match your preferences.

Design Development and DISCOVERY MEETING

DESIGN & CONCEPT MEETING
Meet with your dream team (hey, that's us!) to design your fully custom home (or addition and/or substantial renovation). We'll go over your responses to your questionnaire and any preliminary design inspirations you might have.

First preliminary cost Estimate
Our goal is to have a set of plans and elevations that will convey to consultants and subcontractors the scope of the project. We will run our own preliminary estimates to make sure we're on buget.

FINAL SELECTIONS AND PERMIT DRAWINGS
Now that we have the exterior of your home modeled dialed in in 3D, we will fly around and talk about any last changes. We will also talk finishes and other details that might not show up in the 3D model.
Final selections are presented and approved by you. This also marks the permit drawings being completed which will be reviewed by the county for approval and subcontractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc).

DIGGING AND
SITE ENGINEERING
With permits in hand, we are able to break ground and start prepping the site for your home. This includes establishing site access road, utilities,

Foundation and Concrete work
Come by for a walkthrough to check out the most important element for any building.

ROugh-in complete
All interior selections have been made by now. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low voltage will be the focus of your next walkthrough.

DRYWALL AND
FINISHING REVIEW
At your next walkthrough you will see your drywall and review your finishing selections.

Flooring
The flooring walkthrough really brings everything together and means we are almost done with your build!

Possession
Breakout the bubbly! Time to celebrate the completion of your beautiful new home!

Home run session
Two weeks after possession we will do a final walkthrough for a full home orientation. This includes information for maintenance, mechanical room functions, and our Services and Warranty Package.
